The PCG Forms tool has been designed for professionals to quickly and easily complete form based assessments and reviews via a secure app. The forms contain a wide range of question types and allows for photos and videos to be captured directly from your iOS device. When offline the app will allow professionals to continue with existing forms or start a new form. All the data is stored locally on the device and then sent to our servers when back in connectivity.
